Janet Stevenson, of Old World Finishes by the Faux Touch, has been a decorative paint designer for about 20 years. She has studied faux marbre, faux bois, metal leafing, Venetian plaster and old world finishes in San Francisco, Kentucky, Italy, Texas, and Arizona.

Janet's major work is creating unique finishes in homes on the Peninsula as well as Seattle. She enjoys creating stone and marble finishes on walls and furniture, wood graining on not-so-good wood, and bas reliefs on cabinet doors, etc.

Janet will bring a variety of items showcasing several of her techniques on boxes, glass plates, frames, etc. from her Faux Touch line of work.
